Specialist Referrals

If your symptoms indicate a need for specialist treatment or diagnosis, we will be able to recommend a trusted professional from our extensive tried-and-tested network. Where necessary, we can organise your specialist appointment for you – and you won’t pay any additional fees.

Specialist consultants require you to have a GP referral before you make your appointment with them.

Following your consultation with one of the doctors at the Harley Street Health Centre, our team will provide you with the relevant specialist referrals letter, together with options of recommended specialists who have experience in diagnosing and treating your symptoms or condition.

If you have a particular specialist in mind that you would like to see, we can send your referral letter directly to them.

Please note that in some cases, your health issue will be able to be addressed in primary care by the GP, which means that you will not need a referral.

If you have medical insurance, please speak to your provider about their requirements for covering your specialist appointment.

Some of the specialists and consultants we refer patients to include cardiologists, psychiatrists, endocrinologists, gynaecologists, surgeons, and orthopaedic consultants, but this is not an exhaustive list.

It is our great privilege to be part of a network of exceptional and prestigious Harley Street specialists. We have worked with many of the specialists in our network for over 20 years, and many of them offer fast-track appointments for our patients.

You will usually be able to see a specialist within 48 hours of your consultation with us. In urgent cases, we can fast-track your specialist referrals and appointments.
